User Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to permanently delete your Slienode account and associated data, including Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) Platform Data and Google user data stored by Slienode. Use this URL in Meta and Google app settings as the Data Deletion Instructions URL.

What gets deleted
- Your Slienode user account, workspace memberships, and login credentials.
- CRM contacts, conversations, notes, pipelines, and automation configs for workspaces you own (subject to agency/admin ownership rules).
- Meta access tokens, Page/WABA connection records, WhatsApp message logs stored in Slienode, and related webhook payloads we retain.
- Google OAuth tokens and calendar sync data stored in Slienode.
- Uploaded media and files associated with your account in our systems.
Billing records we are legally required to keep may be retained in anonymized or restricted form. Data held by Meta or Google on their own platforms must also be revoked using their account settings (see below).
Delete via Slienode dashboard (recommended)
- Log in to your Slienode account at https://slienode.com/auth/login.
- Open Settings → Security & Data.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Click Delete Account & All Data and confirm using the email verification link.
After confirmation, we begin deletion from active systems. Completion target: within 30 days.
Delete by email request
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address registered on your Slienode account:
contact@Slienode.comSubject must include Data Deletion Request. Include your full name, registered email, and (if known) workspace / business name. After we verify identity, we delete your data within 30 days and may send a confirmation email.
3. Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp
Deleting your Slienode account removes Meta tokens and Platform Data stored on Slienode servers (Page tokens, Instagram tokens, WhatsApp connection records, and message logs we stored).
To also revoke Slienode's access on Meta's side: open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Business Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps) and remove Slienode. For WhatsApp, disconnect the WABA / phone number from the Slienode Embedded Signup connection before or after account deletion.
4. Google
Deleting your Slienode account removes Google OAuth tokens and calendar data stored by us. To revoke access in Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Slienode.
Timeline & confirmation
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. If you need status on a request, email contact@Slienode.com with the same subject line and we will confirm once deletion has finished (or explain any legally required retention).
