Slienode provides a SaaS CRM and marketing automation platform that allows users to capture leads, manage contacts, run marketing campaigns, and integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and WhatsApp.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activities or actions under your password.

Our service allows you to integrate your account with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp (owned by Meta).

• By integrating these services, you agree to comply with the respective third-party terms of service, including the Meta Platform Terms.
• We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
• You authorize Slienode to access and process your data from these platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of unauthorized advertising.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Slienode, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
